Parents
Parents your children are not too young to do the right things in life and this includes giving their life to the Lord. Many times you discourage your children from making this choice because you believe that the children are not making the right decision. Parents when you stop the children from making Godly decisions, they are going to make ungodly ones and then when you are faced with the disgrace, pain and shame, you begin to ask questions like:
· What did I do wrong to deserve this son who is only interested in doing things to displease me and bring shame on the family?
· Why me Lord when the daughter begins to curse you when you try to scold / correct her about some thing she had done wrong.
Parents you have a responsibility to raise your children in the ways of the Lord, when they come to you and tell you that they have an interest in giving their life to God, don’t discourage them, encourage them and look around in the community and ask others to help you guide them in their decisions to serve the Lord.
You are responsible for your actions / you have no excuse
