Last year was an intense year for me, going through the final stages of  the grieving process. It was a painful but necessary process in order for me to receive my healing.  I have seen the manifestation of God's healing in my life, our marriage, our parenting and our fellowship.  I am now witnessing a change taking place in the relationship with my parents and I am overwhelmed with joy.

I met some beautiful people and continued the journey with others who have helped me to recognise my potential in Christ.  This recognition allowed me to take a leap of faith as I move towards total deliverance from the shackles that held me bound.  Today I have embraced forgiveness and recognising God as my Healer, His praise shall continually be in my mouth, on my lips and in my heart.  Unfortunately, at present, I can only share that with you through the written form.  I intend to have some recordings for you to listen as well at a later stage, God willing.

On Friday 11th March I attended a night of praise which was a memorial service and book launch combined. The memorial service was for the late John Wade (1964-2009), in celebration of his life and ministry.  I will share a review of this night with you at a later date.  Lilieth, the widow he left behind, is one of those beautiful people I came in contact with on my journey towards healing. God would have it that we would meet at 'such a time as this'.  She has been such an inspiration to me, just watching how she handles grief with such grace.  Only one who has the joy of the Lord within them can face what she has faced and still stand up to encouage others through her pain.

Join me this year as I share some of the inspiration received, here on Write 2 Shine; over on Faithwriters, on Facebook and through the various publications I contribute to.

Don't forget to check out our 'What's New' page to see the updates as they are published.  In this update we share the review of the book 'Until Death Do Us Part' by Lilieth Wade.  Visit the 'Reviews' page to access this and other reviews. Read my thoughts for this update.
