Becoming One
To Stephen & Nsambi - The Newly Weds -

He found out what it meant to truly be in love and there was no turning back. He was hooked. I knew he had found the one and yet another of my prayers had been answered.

In May 1999 I knew what it meant to truly be in love with someone who cared deeply and passionately for me. Three months later he proposed and in March of 2000 we were husband and wife. Life couldn't be better and if I was any happier I would show the effects of one taking laughing gas. At that point I remember saying:

"Lord, I want my friends to feel this way too, to experience the joy that comes from loving someone and being loved in return".

So when Stephen and I was in discussion last year about a certain young lady he had met at bible college, I knew that my prayer was answered. He had that sound in his voice and it was as though I could see the smile on his face each time he mentioned her name. I think I knew he was in-love even before he grasped that concept.

Today I share in the joy of seeing one of Jamaica's finest bachelors grab hold of commitment with confidence; showing that he is capable of being a responsible husband who is also careful to walk in the light of his Master and Saviour.

Tips for the newly weds:

1. Follow God's blueprint for marriage carefully;

2. Make unselfish love and loyalty your solid foundation;

3. Regularly pray for and with each other asking for God's help and guidance;

Congratulations Stephen and Nsambi on becoming ONE.

The journey has just begun. So we ask for God's direction and guidance for you and that He will be your cheif guest in your home and your lives. With God as your chief guest, you will smile at the storms that will blow your way and will remain strong together and not be shaken.
