Analysis of Friendship Intro

A man who has friends must himself be friendly, But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother. (Proverbs 18:24, NKJV)

My life continues to be touched by many friends, near and far.  Some of these people I have never even seen, but God planted them in my path so that my life could be enriched.  Through these friendships He has taught me many things.  I do believe that 'Friends are God's way of taking care of us.'

In my case, of not having my parents around, friends have been a source of love.  I believe God shows us His love through other human beings and so it matters not, through whom I receive this love because the source is GOD.

When parents care for their children, they are teaching them about God's love.  When they don't care for them, they are being disobedient to God's law (see Proverbs 22:6) and causing these children unnecessary pain.  But God promises never to leave us nor forsake us and it is through friendship that God has fulfilled this promise to me.  I am grateful for the love of friendship.  My friends have helped me to see how God has always been there for me; protecting and providing for me.  My thoughts on the subject of friendship is incorporated in the article, An Analysis of Friendship.  I pray that you will find this article of help on your journey.  May it help to enrich your friendship.

God is Love and since He is love I know that I have all that I will ever need in this life.  I continue to give God the praise.  Hallelujah!
